Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you pick the plan that matches your shop size; no auto-charge before you decide.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-month.
Do you charge per-booking or per-customer fees?
No. The monthly subscription is the only charge. Stripe payment processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢) apply when customers pay through the site, but those go directly to Stripe — we don't take a cut.
Is there a setup fee or cancellation fee?
No setup fee. No cancellation fee. Cancel anytime from your admin dashboard.
Can I import data from Booksy / Vagaro / Mindbody?
Yes — Premium includes guided onboarding with data import. Native customer import parsers are available for Salonbiz, Spabiz, Phorest, Booker, GlossGenius, and Schedulicity exports; Booksy, Vagaro, Mindbody, and other exports can use the generic CSV path when they include email, name, and phone columns.
